What is your return policy? TOP
Since all tutus are custom made, we cannot accept returns, nor give refunds. If your tutu came to you, and it's not what you ordered, we will gladly accept the return and send you a correct tutu. Since we take care in packaging all tutus in their boxes they shouldn't arrive damaged, if for some reason they are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your tutu for us to be able to correct a mistake.
All tutu dresses are final sale.
All personalized items are a final sale. What payments do you accept? TOP
I use Paypal for all my online transactions. Paypal accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express. I also accept check or money order. If you pay by check or money order, your purchase will not be mailed off until payment has been recieved. What kind of tulle do you use? TOP
I use the soft, non itchy tulle. Little legs won't be getting scratched up from the tulle. All of my tulle is made in the USA, and is lead free and flame retardant. What ages do you recommend your tutus for? TOP
The Infant tutus are for newborns to age two.
The Toddlers are typically for ages 2 -10.
The Long lengths are for ages 10 and older.
I can also make tutus for tweens and adults, just email me and we can create your custom tutu. The length of your tutu really depends on the "look" you're trying to achieve with the tutu. Can I have a tutu custom made? TOP
Yes! If you don't see what you have in mind, go to the Infant or Tutu category, and click on the "Design My Own Tutu" option! This is where you can be the designer of your very own tutu! Can I sell the tutus on Ebay, Etsy, Etc? TOP
No. Please do not sell any of our items on Ebay, Etsy or any other such site. You can buy items off our site, Boutique Stores, or from other authorized Boutique Sites Online. What is shipping, and how do you ship your items? TOP
I charge $7.00 to ship your order. This is what I am charged, so I am not making money off shipping. I typically use USPS, since they are the cheapest way to ship. Please allow 10 -15 Business Days to receive our Tutu after date of purchase. Please do not inquire about your order until said above time period has passed. Once a package is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it.
If you need your Tutu sooner than the above Time Frame, please chose the 'Rush My Order' option at time of checkout. Please note, this is not for an overnight delivery. This just gets your order to you quicker than our standard 10 - 15 Business Days shipping time frame.

Yes! Please chose the International shipping option at time of checkout. What are the tutu measurements? TOP
The infant size is roughly 17" around and roughly 8" in length.
The toddler size is roughly 19" around and roughly 10" / 12" / or 16" in length
The long size is roughly 21" around and roughly 24" in length.
*Each tutu is made with an elastic waistband, so it will grow with your child.* How do I care for my tutu? TOP
Your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being packed in a box and mailed to you. To de-wrinkle your tutu simply shake it, fluff it out or wear it. The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfect poofy tutu. You can also hang the tutu up and lightly steam it. If you live in a humid area, hang your tutu outside on a hot, humid day for a few minutes to allow the wrinkles to fall. If your tutu gets dirty, spot clean as necessary.
